Refund and Cancellation Policy
The refund policies of My Desert Spring Water include:
- All refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- Within 7 business day, refunds will be processed
- The original method of payment used to make the purchase will be used for refunds.
- There will be a 5% processing fee for all refunds.
The cancellation policy of My Desert Spring Water includes:
- All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled activity.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be non-refundable.

In addition to these , there are several additional things to keep in mind about refunds and cancellations:
- Refunds and cancellations are not available for gift certificates or vouchers.
- Refunds and cancellations are not available for activities that are sold out or have limited availability.
- Refunds and cancellations are not available for activities that are weather-dependent.
